Improving Elementary School Students’ Wudu Ablution Skills With The Use of Images and Audio-Visual Props
This research aims to evaluate the ablution proficiency of second-grade students at 24 Biaro State Elementary School during the academic year 2023/2024 and to explore the effectiveness of using visual and audio-visual media in enhancing this skill. Previously, ablution instruction at this school primarily relied on lecture-based methods that often failed to actively engage students, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. However, with the introduction of visual and audio-visual aids as a new innovation in ablution instruction, the learning environment has become more stimulating and interactive. The use of these media provides students with the opportunity to actively participate in the learning process. They can clearly observe the correct sequence and techniques for performing ablution, both in physical movements and in reciting relevant verses. The importance of accurate pronunciation in ablution recitations is also emphasized, prompting the researcher to adopt a method of reciting the verses aloud to swiftly detect and correct pronunciation errors. Data collected from this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results indicate a significant improvement in ablution proficiency when visual and audio-visual media are employed in instruction. Comparisons of students’ practical test results from pre-cycle to cycle II show consistent improvement, with the highest scores achieved in cycle II. This confirms the hypothesis that the use of visual and audio-visual aids can enhance ablution proficiency among second-grade students at 24 Biaro State Elementary School.

Leader and the Leadership of the Prophet Muhammad: Strategy and Innovation in the Battle of Trench
This article examines Prophet Muhammad’s strategic and innovative leadership during the Battle of the Trench, a pivotal event in early Islamic history. Faced with a large confederate army, Muhammad adopted the unprecedented strategy of digging a trench around Medina, demonstrating his adaptability and inclusiveness by accepting a Persian companion’s suggestion, Salman al-Farsi. This tactic effectively neutralized the enemy’s advantage, highlighting Muhammad’s foresight and strategic acumen which can only be seen if we read the references in detail and feel the tense occurred on that day. The analysis of this article focuses on Muhammad’s leadership qualities, including visionary strategy, resilience, ethical conduct, and inspirational influence. These attributes were crucial in uniting and motivating the Muslim community under extreme adversity. The successful defence of Medina not only solidified the Muslim community but also set new precedents in military tactics and ethical warfare, influencing Islamic governance and leadership principles. The Battle of the Trench serves as a significant historical case study of strategic and ethical leadership shown by Muhammad in facing a direct enemy from outside and a potential internal enemy that turns up in that despairing situation. The insights drawn from Muhammad’s leadership approach are relevant to modern leadership and contemporary challenges, transcending religious and cultural contexts. This article contributes to the discourse on leadership, strategy, and crisis management, underscoring the enduring relevance of Muhammad’s leadership principles which have proven effective in saving the situation.

Nasab Anak Di Luar Perkawinan dalam Penetapan Pengadilan Agama di Indonesia
Dalam konteks hukum keluarga di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia, nasab anak di luar perkawinan telah menjadi masalah hukum dan sosial yang kompleks. Artikel ini berfokus pada keputusan Pengadilan Agama Talu Nomor 173/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Talu untuk memeriksa masalah nasab anak di luar perkawinan dalam konteks penetapan oleh Pengadilan Agama. Artikel ini menggunakan dua perspektif: landasan hukum Islam dan peraturan hukum nasional yang berkaitan dengan penetapan nasab anak di luar perkawinan. Kita juga meninjau keputusan Pengadilan Agama Talu, yang merupakan masalah utama. Analisis ini mencakup argumen hukum, pertimbangan hukum, dan rasio decidendi yang digunakan Pengadilan Agama saat memutuskan perkara tersebut. Sangat penting untuk memahami cara Pengadilan Agama membuat asas hukum, menginterpretasikan sumber hukum, dan memahami konsekuensi sosial dari keputusan mereka. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas dampak keputusan Pengadilan Agama Talu dalam konteks peradilan keluarga dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Pada akhirnya, artikel ini merangkum implikasi keputusan Pengadilan Agama Talu mengenai penetapan nasab anak di luar perkawinan dan memberikan perspektif luas tentang masalah ini. Transformation of Qur’an and Hadith Learning Through Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia
This research uses qualitative methods to investigate the transformation of Qur’anic and Hadith learning in Indonesia through the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum. The focus of the research includes the identification of barriers in traditional religious education, an emphasis on the need for a more dynamic and inclusive teaching approach to these key texts, as well as an explanation of solutions involving the adoption of Merdeka Curriculum. The curriculum incorporates innovative teaching methods, technology and community participation. The results show that traditional religious education in Indonesia is faced with a number of challenges, including monotonous teaching methods, lack of student interaction, and less relevance to contemporary life. Therefore, a more dynamic and inclusive teaching approach is needed to arouse students’ interest and understanding of the Qur’an and Hadith. Merdeka Curriculum is considered a promising solution by bringing together innovative teaching methods, technology and community engagement. Its implementation showed significant improvements in student engagement, understanding, and application of the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith. In conclusion, curriculum reform through Merdeka Curriculum has an important role to play in strengthening the understanding and appreciation of Islamic principles among students in Indonesia. This more dynamic and inclusive approach can help the younger generation to understand and appreciate the principles of Islam.

Moderasi Beragama: Menangkal Islamophobia Melalui Revitalisasi Media Sosial
Islamophobia kian marak belakangan ini terjadi, tidak hanya di negara Barat tapi juga di negara-negara Muslim. Media sosial ikut berperan dalam penyebaran konten yang memicu timbulnya Islamophobia. Moderasi beragama perlu mencari cara untuk memoderasi isu-isu yang muncul di masyarakat agar tidak terjadi ekstremisme, khususnya Islamofobia. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi untuk merevitalisasi media sosial sebagai upaya menangkal Islamophobia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif analitis, dikaji akar permasalahan munculnya Islamophobia dan potensi media sosial untuk menangkalnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahpahaman terhadap Islam dan budaya Muslim menjadi pemicu utama Islamophobia. Media sosial yang dimanfaatkan dengan bijak berpotensi menjadi sarana edukasi publik tentang Islam sehingga memulihkan citranya sebagai agama damai dan selamat. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan antara lain bersikap moderat, kritis dan tanggap terhadap konten Islamophobia serta mengedukasi penggunaan media sosial secara bijak. Partisipasi aktif segenap elemen masyarakat diperlukan untuk merevitalisasi peran media sosial dalam menangkal dampak negatif Islamophobia dan menciptakan pemahaman yang lebih baik di tengah-tengah masyarakat.

Peningkatan Literasi Membaca Al-Quran Siswa Pemula Melalui Program Tilawah di Pondok Pesantren Perguruan Darulfunun El-Abbasiyah
As a center for learning about the Islamic religion, Pondok Pesantren is the best place to read and study the Quran, which is the main source and reference for Muslim behaviour. However, not all beginners who study religious knowledge at Pondok Pesantren have the ability and fluency to read the Quran. The location of this research is at the Pondok Pesantren Perguruan Darulfunun El-Abbasiyah, Limapuluh Kota Regency. This research is a report on the implementation of increasing Quran reading literacy with a recitation program for early students at the Tsanawiyah or Aliyah formal education level. Research on the implementation of this recitation program uses the DOE method, also using observation, interview and continuous evaluation techniques. Implementation is evaluated repeatedly against the targets achieved by students in each semester. The results of the implementation of this program show that the implementation of the recitation program is considered effective in increasing students’ Quran reading literacy. This is because the application of the recitation program is very appropriate as an effort to speed up the fluency of reading the al-Quran for students who experience delays in reading the Al-Quran. This report is useful for the institution in particular and the development of Al-Quran reading skills for the entire community in general.

Penerapan Sistem Absensi ID Card RFID Terhadap Perhitungan Honorarium, Kedisiplinan Pegawai dan Peningkatan Kualitas di Perguruan Darulfunun El-Abbasiyah
This research discusses the implementation of the RFID ID Card attendance system in the context of salary management and teacher and employee discipline at Darulfunun El-Abbasiyah College. The main objective of this research is to identify how the application of RFID ID Card technology in an attendance system can influence salary management and the level of discipline among teachers and employees in an institution or organization. The research method used is a descriptive method with a case study approach, then analyzed qualitatively to describe the impact of implementing the RFID ID Card attendance system on salary management and discipline. The results of this research show that the implementation of the RFID ID Card attendance system has several significant impacts. First, in terms of salary management, this system allows more accurate salary calculations based on real absences, reduces calculation errors, and minimizes the potential for system abuse. Second, regarding discipline, this system tends to increase the discipline of teachers and employees because their attendance is recorded accurately. This can also reduce the tendency to be late or absent from work for no apparent reason. Although implementing an RFID ID Card attendance system provides various benefits, this research also identified several challenges. The main challenges include the need for adequate training for system users, regular maintenance of RFID ID Card technology, and the importance of maintaining the privacy and security of user data. Overall, this research concludes that implementing an RFID ID Card attendance system can have a positive impact on salary management, discipline of employees, and quality improvement. However, successful implementation depends on a good understanding of this technology, adequate training, and appropriate actions to overcome challenges that may arise.

Analisis Kata Serapan Bahasa Arab Dalam Tindak Tutur Masyarakat Melayu Bengkalis
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kata serapan Bahasa Arab dalam tindak tutur masyarakat Melayu di Bengkalis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata serapan Bahasa Arab memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam tindak tutur masyarakat Melayu Bengkalis. Penggunaan kata-kata serapan ini mencerminkan pengaruh budaya Arab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan komunikasi masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, kata serapan Bahasa Arab juga memperkaya kosakata dan ekspresi linguistik dalam bahasa sehari-hari masyarakat Melayu Bengkalis. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika penggunaan kata serapan Bahasa Arab dalam bahasa dan budaya masyarakat Melayu Bengkalis. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi sumbangan penting untuk studi linguistik, antropologi bahasa, dan studi budaya, serta memberikan landasan bagi pelestarian dan pengembangan warisan budaya dan bahasa di wilayah ini.
